Bompas and Parr: The Jelly architects

Probably one of my best discovery of london, Bompas and Parr are an example of the best creative work I ever seen.

Science, art, ludic experience, gastronomy; those 2 "jelly architects" work with all the human senses to create fairy tales for kids and adults since 2002.
Forget about your fantasm of a jell-o pool when you were 12, starting few years ago with a jelly banquet, they add to their corpus great ideas and fantasies.

Among them, a chocolate waterfall, a scratch n sniff cinema, a "Gin-To cloud" (breathable cocktail!), a little artificial lake of punch that people could enjoyed and sipped on human-size nenuphar platform, a flavour tripping party where people experienced the effects of Synsepalum Dulciphicum that change bitter taste into a sweet candy flavor, glow in the dark food festivities, and a little chewing gum factory where people were able to create gums that changed flavors when chewed with a possibility of 200 originals flavors...

This summer, for the lauch of the sweetener (The truvia), they create a little paradise on the rooftop of the city where people chilled in little boats, floating on emerald water.

WHY CANT WE HAVE THAT IN MONTREAL?!
